"Stay Connected"

Jesus wants us to live the Christian life closely connected to Him and to each other. Like a branch that withers when cut off from the vine, our faith grows weak if we only spend time with God now and then. Staying close to Jesus means talking with Him in prayer, loving the Word, obeying His teachings, worshipping, and depending on Him every day. It also means being part of the church family, where we are known, encouraged, challenged, supported, and cared for. “Being the church” is more than just meeting on Sundays. It happens when we share conversations, meals, prayers, invitations, and acts of service throughout the week. We grow stronger when we stay connected to Christ and help each other through life.
